Swing by Chapel Hill Quest Martial Arts and see for yourself how inspiring you can be! We’re much more than just a martial arts facility. Our beautiful Japanese-style dojo was designed by a professional architect to help capture the warm and inviting atmosphere enjoyed by our students.

Adult Ninjutsu

Based on Ninjutsu, the 1200 year old Japanese martial art of the legendary Ninja warriors, To-Shin Do martial arts training develops the ability to live fully and operate effectively in all areas of life.

Youth Ninjutsu

Our youth programs for ages 7–14 mirror those of the adult martial arts program, but with teaching strategies geared to make training effective and fun for that age group.

Mighty Dragons

The Mighty Dragons classes, for children aged 4-7, have fun while gaining confidence, body awareness, and basic self-defense skills.

After School & Camps

Chapel Hill Quest Martial Arts offers After School Programs and camps for children of all ages. After school classes run once a week during Fall and Spring semesters as an enrichment program through these participating schools: Trinity School, Durham Academy, Woods Charter School, and Duke School.

Fitness

Supplementing our martial arts classes, the Chapel Hill Quest Martial Arts is home to special programs dedicated to honing the four key attributes of a fully-functioning martial artist: strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.

Private Lessons

Whether you’re training in To-Shin Do, or have specific physical-development goals, private lessons are a great way for you to get extra practice with one-on-one attention, make up on missed material or even train and progress regularly if normal class times don’t fit your schedule.
